To become a Partner Doctor, fill up the online Doctor Enrollment Form at https://careplus.medgrocer.com/enroll-doctor. You will receive an email confirming your eligibility. Once you receive the confirmation email, you may start introducing the Program to your patients prescribed with J&J medicine.
Once you have received your enrollment confirmation, a digital copy of the patient briefing guide will be sent to your email. You can use this material to guide your patients to enroll in the program.

Yes, in the case of minors or incapacitated patients, the patient’s parent or legal guardian may assist patients in enrolling in the program.
Yes. We require a valid prescription which contains the following details: prescription date, patient’s name, doctor’s name, doctor’s license number, generic and brand name, dosage strength, dosing schedule, dosage form, and total quantity prescribed.
You can upload a picture or a scanned copy of your prescription to the website upon placing your order.
You don’t have to surrender your prescription. However, you must present the original copy of the prescription to our courier upon the delivery of your order.

We process orders from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday, and 8:30AM to 3:00PM on Saturdays, except holidays. Orders made during that time are processed within the day. Orders placed outside of operating hours are processed on the next working day.
To prevent miscommunications and minimize inaccuracies, orders are considered final upon checkout.

For MedGrocer, all medicines delivered are subject to quality checks by our purchasing, storage, assembly, and delivery teams.

On a case-to-case basis, we can process requests to return the medicines within seven days upon delivery. Please make sure that you keep your delivery receipt and the medicines you wish to return.
